iTunes keeps shuffling to Christmas songs in my collection even though it is April, and it is irking me because at work we have already begun holiday projects. Call me a bah-humbug, but thinking about Christmas year-round takes the magic out of it. There is no escaping!
Anyway, I added a section on my website for the labels I have been designing for my Uncle D's homebrew line: Leeroy's Nectar of the Gods. I wanted to share one I am quite proud of. Before Borders filed Chapter 11 (pour one for Borders, not only because I once worked there, but also because I fear bookstores will become something of the past), I was browsing through the clearance books and found a book entitled: Ed Sibbett, Jr. Art Nouveau Stained Glass Pattern Book, 104 Designs for Workable Projects.
The patterns were quite lovely and I could imagine who I would put my own spin on the designs. This one is called "Beer Goddess".
Oh good... Folsom Prison Blues just came on. Thanks Johnny Cash & iTunes!

Bikes & Stuff
You know how you sometimes meet people who introduce you to hobbies or other activities that you otherwise would not consider trying? Well, my husband has not only introduced me to motocross and dirt bikes, but now he has brought mountain biking into our house. We had some friends over to ride mountain, or moto, in the open desert behind our home. Here are some of the fun photos from the day.

Thanks for the good stuff, Cris!
The next day, Adam and I went on another mountain bike ride, this time to practice jumping. I still need lots of work in that area (on the dirt bike, and mountain bike!)
